Whoever said we have to attend church every Sunday or even go at all? The bible does not even say we should attend church at all.

Scriptures does talk about a day of rest, where you do not work and just allow yourself to recover from the previous 6 days of work. The original Jewish culture devotes that day to Saturdays, but over the course Sunday got favored. The Romans may had something to do with establishing Sunday as a day of worship. Romans12:1-2 “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship.  Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.” This scripture may have not said the word CHURCH, but it is telling us that we should try and make God Happy and Yes we can make God Happy, God has feelings.
